ZR-YJV62 Single-Core 26/35kV
ZR-YJV62 1-core 26/35kV cable is a flame-retardant armored power cable specially designed for high-voltage power transmission and distribution systems. It features a copper core conductor (with a cross-sectional area of 50 - 630mm²), and is externally covered with a conductor shielding layer (thickness of 0.8mm), cross-linked polyethylene insulation layer (thickness of 10.5mm), insulation shielding layer (thickness of 0.7mm), and copper tape shielding layer. This design effectively enhances the anti-electromagnetic interference capability. The armor layer is wrapped with non-magnetic steel strips or tin-plated steel strips, significantly improving the compressive and impact resistance, and can withstand mechanical external forces during direct underground laying. At the same time, it avoids the eddy current loss caused by magnetic materials in single-core cables. The outer sheath is made of flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, in compliance with GB/T 12706.2-2008 standards, with acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance properties, and meets the GB/T 19666-2005 flame retardant requirements, which can suppress the spread of flames. The long-term operating temperature of the conductor of this cable reaches 90ºC, and the temperature during short-circuit (up to 5 seconds) does not exceed 250ºC. It is suitable for power transmission and distribution systems with an AC rated voltage of 26/35kV (Um = 40.5kV). Its design takes into account both high current carrying capacity and lightweight. The minimum bending radius of the single-core structure is 20 times the outer diameter. The environmental temperature during installation needs to be ≥ 0ºC, and preheating treatment is required when it is lower than 0ºC to ensure construction safety. With excellent electrical stability and mechanical protection capabilities, this cable is widely used in urban power grids, industrial parks, subway tunnels, etc., especially suitable for power transmission in environments requiring anti-electromagnetic interference or in humid and corrosive conditions. The combination of non-magnetic armor and copper tape shielding can effectively adapt to high-voltage single-phase systems and complex electromagnetic environments, such as near communication lines or high-interference industrial facilities' power transmission requirements.
