NH-YJV is a fire-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheathed power cable, designed for power transmission in scenarios with high fire safety requirements. The "NH" in the model indicates fire resistance, allowing it to maintain power supply during fires; "YJ" stands for XLPE insulation, which offers high heat resistance and stable electrical performance; and "V" represents the PVC sheath, providing mechanical protection and environmental adaptability. Structurally, it features high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors for excellent conductivity, an XLPE insulation layer often wrapped with mica tape for fire resistance, and a durable PVC (or low-smoke halogen-free) sheath. With a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV, a working temperature range of -15°C to 90°C (up to 250°C during short circuits), and fire resistance meeting IEC 60331 or GB/T 19216 standards (Class A ensures power supply for over 90 minutes in 950-1000°C flames), it excels in maintaining circuit integrity during fires. Widely used in buildings (fire systems, emergency lighting), industrial facilities, transportation (metro, high-speed rail), and energy sectors, it offers advantages like high electrical stability, environmental adaptability, and reduced smoke/toxic gas emission in low-smoke halogen-free variants. Compared to NH-VV, NH-YJV features higher temperature resistance (90°C vs. 70°C), better electrical performance, and lighter weight, making it a reliable choice for critical power transmission in fire-prone environments.
