The full name of WDZN-BYJ cable is "Low Smoke, Halogen-Free, Flame Retardant and Fire-resistant Copper Core Cross-linked Polyethylene Insulated Wire", which is a high-end electrical wiring product with the triple functions of environmental protection, flame retardancy, and fire resistance. Its structure is centered on a high-purity oxygen-free copper conductor, and is sequentially covered by multiple layers of fire-resistant mica tape (providing a continuous power supply capacity of 90 minutes at temperatures ranging from 800 to 1000°C) and an irradiated cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation layer. The latter achieves molecular chain cross-linking through electron beam irradiation technology, raising the long-term working temperature to 90°C, increasing the current-carrying capacity by approximately 20% compared to traditional PVC insulated wires, and releasing smoke concentration lower than 1/3 of that of ordinary flame-retardant cables. It contains no halogens (HCL release is ≤ 5mg/g), complies with GB/T 19666 "General Principles for Flame Retardant and Fire-Resistant Wires and Cables" and GB12666.6 Fire Resistance Test Standards, and has passed CCC + S certification. This cable has a rated voltage of 450/750V and is suitable for scenarios with extremely high fire safety requirements in the AC power system, such as fire control rooms in super high-rise buildings, emergency circuits in hospitals' ICU, emergency lighting systems in subway tunnels, and core power supply lines in data centers. Its unique advantages are: 1 Fire resistance reliability: Using a double-layer mica tape winding process, it meets the Class A fire resistance requirements (maintaining power supply under a 950°C flame) as per GB/T 19216.21 standards; 2 Environmental safety: The smoke production during combustion complies with GB/T 17651.2 standards, with a light transmittance >60%, no toxic hydrogen chloride gas release, and meeting the environmental protection needs of modern green buildings; 3 Long-term performance: The XLPE insulation layer has an anti-aging life of 50 years, which is 20 years longer than that of PVC insulation, and its acid and alkali corrosion resistance is enhanced by 3 times, suitable for complex industrial environments. Compared with traditional NH-BV (fire-resistant polyvinyl chloride insulated wire), WDZN-BYJ has a 50% reduction in smoke density and a 15% increase in current-carrying capacity under the same fire resistance level. It is particularly suitable for concealed wiring in densely populated areas. Compared with ordinary WDZ-BYJ (only flame-retardant and halogen-free), its additional fire-resistant layer makes it a "double insurance" choice for power supply of fire equipment and is the core material for building an inherently safe electrical system in modern intelligent buildings. |
