ZR-YJLV62 single-core 26/35kV cable is a flame-retardant armored cable suitable for high-voltage power transmission. The model ZR indicates flame retardancy (default C grade, in compliance with GB/T18380 standards), YJ represents cross-linked polyethylene insulation layer, L stands for aluminum core conductor, V is polyvinyl chloride sheath, 62 indicates non-magnetic steel tape armor (using 304 stainless steel or aluminum strip materials), and the rated voltage is 26/35kV. Its structural advantages are remarkable. The aluminum core conductor has a conductivity of ≥61% IACS, strong anti-deformation ability, the cross-linked polyethylene insulation layer has a temperature resistance of 90ºC and a breakdown field strength of ≥30kV/mm, the radial compressive strength of the non-magnetic steel tape armor exceeds 600N/mm² and the eddy current loss is 85% lower than that of ordinary steel tape, the outer sheath is flame-retardant PVC with an oxygen index of ≥32 and a smoke density of ≤60%; the performance parameters are excellent. The local discharge is ≤5pC (1.73U0 condition), the power frequency withstand voltage is 30.5kV/5min, the long-term working temperature is 90ºC (emergency overload 130ºC), the short-circuit tolerance is 250ºC/5s, the single-core bending radius is ≥20D, it has passed the 1E class K3 certification for nuclear power plants, possesses anti-radiation and anti-seismic properties, and compared with ordinary steel tape armored cables, the induced current is reduced by 81.5%, the carrying capacity is increased by 5.9%, and the lifespan is extended by 40%. The three-layer co-extrusion process ensures electrical stability and complies with GB/T12706 standards.
